ABOUT THE ARTIST

Zartare (read as "zartar") is a contemporary artist based in Bratislava, Slovakia. Art, design and poetry have been part of Zartare's life since high school. He started with drawings of postcards, later oil paintings were added, up to the current modern color artworks mainly with acrylic paints. His characteristic artworks are colorful combinations of shapes and lines.
